# Toggl seems to offer it's users clients more benefits than the user itself, but Toggl seems to suggest it offers users many direct benefits in time management outisde of "Happy clients = better business." What are the benefits Toggl offers its users and is there statistical information showing that Toggl has successfully saved users time or fostered better time management habits among users?

The question is already clear, but my main focus is: does Toggl affect users habits in terms of time management? Is there data that proves this? If so, Toggl should consider advertising itself for academic use as well, though I'm sure the staff have already thought as much.

Hi there! I'm a solo user and assist with faculty recruitment and retention for a major University. My 'projects' are all new or prospective faculty, and my 'users' are all campus departments. What I like about Toggl is it keeps me mindful of the time I spend assisting individual faculty members as well as time interfacing with departments. It's very easy to spend 15 minutes responding to an email and then forgetting to note it when invoicing  at the end of the month.
