# What's the best way to avoid creating duplicate guest cards with someone with multiple phone numbers

A prospect calls me frequently through his work and cell phone. In result, two guest cards have been created through lease hawk. Would you consider creating a duplicate monitor or sensor? Or could you add a phone (2) option?

Hi Ryan, thanks for your question! For this particular situation, I would recommend that you add the prospect's work and cell phone numbers to his Guest Card in the LeaseHawk CRM. 

For other situations, it's very easy to avoid duplicate guest cards! You can have multiple telephone numbers on a single guest card.  And, if there are already duplicate guest cards, you can merge them as well.
