# How do you sort letters and addresses before you print? Also, is there a way to go back to your letter after running a batch?

My biggest speed bump is not being able to sort any of the columns when I am printing letters. The system only sorts it by date so when you are printing over 300+ letters it is very time consuming to have to hand sort each letter in order to match it up to the address labels. Having a sort function would make my job a heck of a lot easier.

For my second question: there doesnt seem to be a way to get back to your letter after you print it. The only option you have is to go to the letter home.

You are able to sort the columns by simply clicking on them and dragging them to the desired position. Also, you can sort the individual column form the arrows on the top of the column to the right. I find the best way to proof before printing is to go through the documents, and see where the errors are - you can correct most through their individual profiles and then re-run the batch . I hope this helps
