# How do I go into student view?

Canvas overall is a very easy app to use! It is very efficient, and can be linked to PowerSchool if you’d like. I’d highly recommend!

When you click on settings student view will show up on the right hand side.  You will know that you have entered it when a purple bar comes across the bottom of the screen.  You must exit it in order to return to your normal view.

On the right hand side under "Course Status" there is an icon that looks like glasses that says "Student View"
