This is one of the most common problems partnerships managers face — having a large number of partners with only a small number of them active.
That was exactly the situation Jungle Scout was in just before they joined PartnerStack, but they were able to greatly increase partner activity and revenue by focusing on onboarding partners effectively and keeping them engaged with frequent communications.

You could make use of email flows to place inactive partners in a sequence to encourage activity or take advantage of “challenges” to further incentivize sales with one-off offers to specific partners. It’s also worth experimenting with the current offers/incentives you’ve set. Change it up and see if any tweaks positively affect your KPIs. You can also use the challenges functionality to directly ask for feedback on your program from your existing partners directly!

We definitely recommend checking out how Jungle Scout solved this exact issue in our case study: https://www.partnerstack.com/learn/jungle-scout-case-study
