# Would you give org.manager to all employees to use and exploit and not only managerial people?

I would like to understand if it is possible to give a tool so complex and with so much visibility to all employees and not to particular people.
Can it be used also by thebend user?

Ingentis org.manager offers a feature for access protection which allows for role-based permissions. That means while many employees have access to just the org chart and contact details, managers can access additional data such as important KPIs. This can be individually configured.
