# What are the best ways of asking for new features or expanding options?

As mentioned earlier snapping to the grid can sometimes be frustrating and are there ways to submit requests to make some options "optional"?

Hi Ian,

I recommend contacting support via the Cloudcraft application. There you'll find a dropdown menu that you can use to request support, ask for new features or request improvements to existing features.

These requests are then sent over to support, and if necessary, a request is then filled with our engineering team.
