# calendar appointments are confusing

When I send calendar appointments to colleagues that are not familiar with zoom, the amount of information is overwhelming.  The only thing I would like to send besides the date and time is the link to the meeting.  All the area codes and phone numbers are too much of a distraction.

When you create the meeting in the schedule,  select computer audio only-  it won't allow, nor create phone numbers.

I always just grab the link to the meeting as well as the id number and password and send that in an email.

Its simple, the Zoom app creates an outlook invite. Just delete what you dont want before sending

You could just send a google calendar invite with a copy/paste link directly to the zoom meeting?  It’s an extra step but it take away all that additional text you’re talking about
