# Does ClientSuccess support B2C subscription companies?

I'm looking for the product which enables B2C subscription companies to score individual customer(consumer) health and predict which customer will cancel a contract.

It seems that major customer success software products support B2B SaaS company to monitor enterprise/SMB’s usage, but I’m wondering whether they also support consumer’s monitoring.

You can leverage multiple customer types within ClientSuccess (CS). While it was not designed for B2C, you can definitely use CS to manage your B2C customers.

New updates focusing on one-2-many are coming down the road which could make your work a lot easier.

Keep in mind that CS doesn't charge you per Customer/Account added to the platform as some other CSM tools. CS will only charge you the licenses used for your team.

I believe so - it's great for managing customer lifetime cycles. So it would depend on how the product is used and if there is a workflow between your organization and the end consumer while they are subscribed.
