# Does ChurnZero support  B2C subscription companies?

I'm looking for the product which enables B2C subscription companies to score individual customer(consumer) health and predict which customer will cancel a contract.
It seems that major customer success software products support B2B SaaS company to monitor enterprise/SMB’s usage, but I’m wondering whether they also support consumer’s monitoring.

Thanks for question!  While customer success platforms are generally optimized for “accounts” and “contacts”, it is certainly possible to manage accounts with single contacts. Best to contact us to discuss the fit.
