# Are we planning to enhance video/audio quality?

The quality of audio has always been my concern with cisco webex, will there be any rectification in future?

Hi there Mohit, It is my pleasure to communicate that in the very last edition or app version *due October-20 has the: 
Remove Background Noise from Meetings and Events fix in Speaker and microphone settings, Hopefully on collaborating without noisy background disruptions it will remove perhaps a barking dog, media projections, home improvement project noise, other external, While Enhancing your Voices all along. 

Although there it will be necessary all your peers to verify same as well as  a suggestion  to  Update  any version to its latest possible,  All Users.
...either a paid member or free subscriber, installed or web app, all virtual attendee can. 

On the other part, please remember there are the: I call and enter the meeting, call me back (inputting your tel. line) and computer audio features and All with same approximately 24 bit audio/video performance depending on Internet connections, devices, technology, so on,

There are a lot of different ways that audio can be connected with Webex, so it's hard to answer your question without knowing your Webex setup w.r.t. audio.  

We had *horrible* experiences with Webex audio, initially, because we were using an audio conferencing provider that was *not* Webex.  It was just not compatible.

We made the switch to using Webex Audio, using audio through the computer, we had no further issues.
