he time break up is as per the threshold value configured for CLIENT
The above scenario is if you were inactive on your system and then the system is locked
In case you are active on your system and lock it and go away for any activity then ProHance starts capturing idle time from the moment you lock your system till you log back in before 15 minutes.
Sometimes there may be a delay in data getting updated on all dashboards as the data gets flushed into the central server at an interval of 60 mins
