# Do others have problems occasionally with a cookies accepted screen that prevents accepting a request for appointment?

I have an occasional problem when accepting or rejecting a request for appointment that when I get directed to the platform I need to accept their cookies screen which then prevents me from using the buttons

Hi Chandler, thanks for posting about this. This is the first time I've heard about this issue with the cookies modal interfering with you accepting a booking.
