I&#39;d be happy to help you here! 

We highly recommend using task statuses to track progress of your work. They are highly customizable by name and color, and all team members can see the statuses per task.

If you&#39;re using Lists for each project, you can also use List colors on our Dashboard Portfolio widget just like you can task statuses. Custom names and colors allow you to signify how complete a project is based on the completed tasks. The Portfolio widget already tracks this for you, so it&#39;s even easier! 

If you&#39;re looking to track additional progress per task, we have the automatic or manual progress custom field too, which you can edit yourself if using manual. If using the automatic progress one, it will update when assigned comments, subtasks, or checklist items are completed.
