# Unable to upload "The7 WPBakery Page Builder v. 6.4.1" zip for checksum verification

Hi

I'm trying out your product and it seems to work well but I can't progress past some of the plugin HIGH alerts that ask for the zip file.  All plugins are current like this one but the official zip from codecanyon is rejected by your checksum upload check process.

Error: File visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress-wordpress-plugin - 6.4.1.zip cannot be used. Proper program code not found or version mismatch. Please upload another file.

Any advice?

There are two possible causes. 

A version mismatch; make sure that the installed version of the WPBakery Page Builder plugin and the version you're uploading are matched.

The second one is that your ZIP archive (visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress-wordpress-plugin - 6.4.1.zip) does not contain the original WPBakery Page Builder plugin folder. In this case, you need to unpack the archive, find the js_composer.zip archive in one of the nested folders, and upload it on the scanner page.
