# Is there a way to fade audio that I'm not getting?

I really need to fade the audio in my projects. Previously i had to bring things into iMovie and that's just not feasible for me anymore.

Yes there is. Upload the audio track you want to use (or detach the audio from a video track using the right click menu). Then, select the audio layer and use the "Effects" tab to add an audio fade. You will see the audio fade applied in the timeline! Hope that this helps

Yes, click on your music and go to effects on the right hand side and click on fade and you can make it slow or fast fade and you can split your song clip too by clicking right on mouse
