# When I log in to Active Campaign after 3pmCST, it never fails that it takes a very long time for me to finish any tasks. Is this because more people are on the site?

I also, like the other commenters, have never experienced a slow down with Active Campaigns services and I am on there at different times all the time. But, I do know that from the hours of 5-7pm Pacific my own internet slows down & I have pinpointed that to it being because all my neighbors are getting home from work & suddenly there's a huge increase of people using internet providers services.

Hi Marlene,

I haven't experienced a slow down with ActiveCampaign during certain time periods either. As Michele pointed out, it may be your own connection that is slowing it down during that time of the day.

This is not my experience.  I have no issues with afternoon slow down.  My guess is that it is due to the amount of traffic on your network/neighborhood.  I do notice slower times later in the evening- 7 or 8:oclock but this is true of all internet experiences.  I do try to plan experiences with large data loads, such as uploading large video files  earlier in the day.
