# What is the best way to set it up using SLA's. How do I consolidate a customer with different branches into one.

Customer with 90 Branches. Consolidate that into one dashboard instead of many.

If I'm understanding the question, you could probably set up the customer with the 90 branches as a department. The Headquarters dashboard would allow you to view an individual department so it would be separated from everything else, but limited just to the single client. You could separate the branches by either categorizing them or creating tags if you need to monitor them separately. As far as SLAs go, you don't mention how you need to monitor them. (by branch, by customer class, etc.) The way I would use it is to simply monitor if we are meeting objectives on the customer population as a whole. You would need to provide more context on what is needed to get further input from the community.
