Hi there,
I work for a non-profit and use google drive for marketing focused documentation, forms, etc. In terms of sharing, if you don't give someone permission they cant view your information. I also use google for personal use - if you are signed in as different user; without permission you still can't access folder, pics, docs etc. you've access when signed in to you business account.  Bottom line permission is key.
