# Why was survey monkey not paying any rewards to customers ?

Giving rewards to the survey taking people makes the people more effective and leads them to take more surveys in a fast way.

I was directed by third party at first.Its used by council's and government.

Survey  Monkey is simply a platform to create surveys. If you want your customers to be rewarded then you can create a survey with rewards.
