I reviewed many. Siteimprove was an integrated solution. 

"pope.tech" is using Wave, which is a well-known product in this matter and can crawl the whole site with a minimum cost.
but it does not have misspelling or pdf checker

"CrownPeak" also is a good solution for the website but could not check all the pdfs at once
