# How do I set time limit?

Time limit for each question, not the whole quiz/test.

Hi Steve, 

Time limits are set in the assignment settings. Here is a guide to help you out with any of those settings: https://help.goreact.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002946451

I'm not sure I'm following the  'time limit for each question' part. GoReact is different than traditional quizzing software in that it is single prompt, and a student/learner can record a response to that prompt, followed by feedback. Hopefully that helps clarify things.
