# Is there a chance to an option that enable linguists to create and use their own TB?

Current situation is that PMs only can activate or annul TBs.

That's a great question, Nasser, thank you for asking.

Linguists, even in the current set-up, can enable their own resources, including the TBs, if they have a license of their own. Therefore, if you have a Team edition, for example, and a client shares a job with you, you have the option to add your own TB.

In case you, as a linguist, are assigned a user account and resources by a translation agency or a direct client, it is up to them to prepare and upload those.
