# try to phone them

This morning called their number, got message apologizing for the long wait, and please use their computer site (which we can not do...).  Left the phone on.  heard their repeating music and message all day.  It is now 6:34....Wonder if they will ever answer the phone.  They are the behemoth because they steal peoples time and money with their bad contracts. Unethical business.
