# what is the best way to get around the cookies issue?

Every now and again some of my customers say that they are unable to connect to the email or text due to cookies, and so far i have now found away around this,

Jack - Great question.  In case of cookie issues, please have the customer &#39;enable&#39; cookies in their browser. They can to this by entering their default browser settings and allow third party cookies, or allow cookies.  Hope that helps.
