# Is it better to access files from the web or desktop version?

I've heard that it is better to access files from the web version. I don't know if this is true, but I prefer using the desktop version.

you can access from both but of course, the desktop version is super easy, it's like you are using a window's folder.

Definitely the desktop version! The online version is pretty clunky and slow. 
The only downside to the desktop version is the syncing time - that seems to be a recurring issue for us (someone gets logged out, or has issues connecting, etc.)
