Hi Sławomir,

Cornerstone has a Certifications Management tool that is able to administer internally and externally awarded certificates. The functionality does include approval workflows, expiration dates and due dates for renewal with notifications for each of these according to the configuration of your system.

See the online help, Learning > Certifications, which contains a number of guides to help walk you through user added and batch added certifications.

Hey, Sławomir.

There's an option that can be enabled on the learners Transcript to "Add External Training" and this allows adding of attachments. You can also setup an approval workflow so that all additions need to be approved before they're added to the Transcript. You can also set up multiple custom fields to cater for any specific needs you have.

If you have access to the Client Success Center, here's more information: https://clients.csod.com/ui/lms-learning-details/app/video/b6ba0ad0-b638-4283-8653-8e0a9513485f
