# Can't adjust information on website

Beware... once I put my information, I could not find a place to update or delete. The sample writing it request has a button to 'update' that didn't work for me.  Also the user name they assigned me with is not the most flatering... really? And there's no way to change that either. This morning after their TV appearances, I mentioned the company to a couple of people. As of now, I will share my experience and not use the service.
