# What is error 1132?

I get error 1132 every time on one of my devices. It renders the application useless. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom but no luck. I have searched the internet for this problem but no one knows what it means.

A friend made this mistake and the only solution was:

He created a completely new Windows user and used the Zoom from there. Try it and you will see.
