# Is there a way I can test the software more with support so I can find what way works best for me?

I personally feel it would make me seem more professional if I know more about how the system works on my end, participants end, and the witnesses end.

Hello, there are webinars that will help. We also did a couple of "test runs" in our office to see what the signer experienced while completing the ID verification portion of the signing.
