# Did Zoek accomplish your goal of Website SEO Optimization successfully?

They did not accomplish anything within six months. Search Engine ranking are as follows: Google ranking went down from Spot 2 in Local Search to Spot 6. Bing stayed at Spot 7 with no movement. 

NAP (Name Address and Phone) listing sync created duplicates and the wrong information was posted on four listings. They're sync tool is through a third party called Advice Local which works great if GoZoek would actually communicate with Advice Local. I don't know if they had an issue with their API link with Advice Local but listings were stagnant for 3 months. I ended up calling Advice Local directly after a GoZoek employee sent me a screenshot of her computer and I found out they used a third party. After speaking with B. Coleman, CEO of Advice Local the issue was resolved. Sadly I had to do this since GoZoek kept giving excuses.
