# Will you be able to read/map non PDF documents for order processing?

For example, We have customers that send in PO's in non-PDF format. They will scan the PO and send it to us so it is no longer in clear text format. Will Conexiom be able to process these types of orders?

Thanks for the question, Jag. Our core technology reads clear text documents like PDFs, Excel, Word, idoc, XML, etc. However we can also automate image-based documents.
