# What is the best way to have sales team use 16:9 ratio instead of 4:3 ratio for recording?

I want my sales team to record in 16:9 for all of their videos. This will give me the opportunity to create videos utilizing all of their content and publish to a variety of platforms. The 16:9 ratio is my preferred ratio for that. Is there a way to make 16:9 default for all users? If not, what has been the fastest way to encourage sales team members to change these settings on their end?

Hi Erin, Thank you for reaching out. For the 16:9 ratio, it's best to record using a desktop. The 4:3 ratio works better for the mobile.
