# How do I utilize/record while in LinkedIn

When the option was given to put your notes in the box above the recording, I couldn't figure out how to stop/start/redo recording as easily as the email platform.

Hi Gina, there is the option to use keyboard shortcuts if that helps your workflow. You can find these within the Chrome settings. It's been a while since you added this to G2, so I'm hoping you managed to find a workflow that suited your needs.
