# What is the best way to develop a survey with open questions ?

I know is easier if we work with questions that bring with yes or no answers. However, if I would like to get more info from the interviwers for example to know about competitors, how can I manage /handle this info in order to metric it

I enjoy survey monkey, but for more open-ended questions, being a teacher, I use a Google forms.  You can export all of your data into an Excel spreadsheet or a Google sheet. It's also nice because you can make copies and adjust as necessary.
