# Is setting an automated approval protocol possible?

That is, set for an automatic approval at the same time I run payroll, for 2-3 days in advance so I don't have to come back two days later and approve payroll.

Hi Bradford,

In most cases, US Money Movement debits our client's account the day before check date, regardless of when payroll is run.  For example if you run your payroll on Monday for a Friday check date, your funds will not be impounded until Thursday.
