# NEVER USE UDACITY

I have signed up for a free trial of a nano degree. I tried to cancel it before the first month, but did not realize I have to talk to a customer support to really cancel it. Then I get charged for 550 dollars. I did not use their service at all. But they said they do not allow refund even I did not use it at all. It’s so shady. I will not recommend it to anyone. If I did not check my bill, they will just get my money 599 dollars per month. They are playing tricks to get money from their customer.I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN. Some people even get charged after cancelation. So be careful

Its not possible to do so, it is from those leaders who lead the new world to knowledge,and they invest in their knowledge to spread out and lead future of others by it.
I am saying this, because they allow me under a cooperation with the ministry in Egypt to join their free course to learn about Tech,which I will pay for that course over 5 thousands to get its certification, but with their platform that was free.
They opened the door of the world for me,by helping me to believe that all i learned,all i heard recently was true, just learn how to do it.
One Thing i disagree to them, that they have a high expensive courses,but the will save a very good opportunity.-for u ,of course-
