# How do I view my call history without having to reach out a manager? Is it possible to change the connections notifications?

Since I make so many phone calls and really don't have a log or anything to work off of, I would like to be able to see who I called. Maybe not the entire list just the previous phone call would be nice. Sometimes I can be tone deaf, so I'm not sure if it's making an outbound call or not.

Great question! There are two primary ways. The first is by viewing your history through the Stats button in the bottom left of your UJET adapter. This will also show how you're doing to the wider team.

The second is by using your integrated CRM. Using this you can see who called, who you called, as well as notes from other agents.

Okay so how I get to see where I make phone calls or messages, you would click on the home button to the left of your screen, and the you would click on solved tickets, this will show you any chats and or any phone calls made to your clients. I hope this is helpful :)
