Hello Michael,

I am Nicholas from the support team!

The best way to go around this is to segment your lists upon your custom fields ( you can create any extra needed custom fields through this guide : https://help.moosend.com/hc/en-us/articles/207536869-How-do-I-create-custom-fields- ) - then you can segment your lists ( here is the guide as well : https://help.moosend.com/hc/en-us/articles/208377715-How-can-I-use-List-Segmentation-to-create-targeted-campaigns- )

then you can reach out to these segments as you like! :)

Alternatively, you can set up automations to send campaigns to them and also subscribe them to different lists or populate custom fields for better lead management! ( depending on their actions! )

I hope this helps clarify a bit!

Best,
Nicholas
