# What is the best way to automate distribution of performance reports to managers for individuals?

Right now, we track performance for individuals over the previous rolling 12 months, as we don't want to have old phishing failures lingering forever on an individual's record. We are currently using a number of specific groups based on failure counts to assign a performance category, then pulling that data from the API. I'd really like a better way to generate a report, preferably with calculated and graphed trends so our managers can give consideration to more recent improvements versus older phishing failures. Is there a way to access the graphical user reports generated by the system through the API, or otherwise automate distribution of them?
