# Divergences between evaluations -- TrustPilot & Shopper Approved

I find it interesting that the evaluations of a company by TrustPilot & Shopper Approved can diverge massively. See, for example this one, https://www.trustpilot.com/review/ultrasabers.com compared to this one https://www.shopperapproved.com/reviews/Ultrasabers.com . The former gives 80% of Bad, the latter 77% of five stars. These are almost exact inversions. Is this a pattern?

From what I can see the amount of reviews on Trustpilot is far less then what Shopperapproved has, so this why they look the way they do, not to say that there aren't any 1 stars one Shopperapproved.

To answer the question I don't think there is a pattern but more that the unhappy customers have taken the time to make sure the reviews are on Trustpilot.
