# Can you integrate in Microsoft office for user that are using?

When I using the software Microsoft office such as: PowerPoint, Word, excel. I've to move zoom in screenshot. If Microsoft has already integrated. It's more great.

I do screen sharing on Zoom on a daily basis. Zoom virtually allows you to share a range of things. Your desktop, your iPhone and iPad, or a document camera. I have tried sharing everything on Zoom and the experience is fantastic! A small tip form me: when you share your screen and if the content you're sharing has audio and/or video in it, you need to check the two tiny boxes [Share Computer Sound and Optimise Screen Share for Video Clip] on the bottom left hand corner of the Zoom screen before you hit the share button. All done! your attendees will have have fantastic AV quality at their end.

I have been using ZOOM for some time and sharing has never been a problem. I shared all MS applications, Word, ppt, excel even my video collections and youtube videos. Using two-screen or monitors helps to control your actions or the next document to share.

Just only MS Outlook. Zoom sharing also so effective.

You can share any screen with others, including Microsoft Office. If you do not have 2 monitors, you can use the thumbnail Zoom window to see your powerpoint or whatever you are sharing.

I don't know the answer to that question about software integration. I have two monitors and often share one of them when I'm using Zoom. That works well

When I'm using the software Microsoft Office such as Powerpoint, Word, Excel. I have learned to screenshot, share screen, and chat in the chatbox.

I am not exactly sure what your assumption in. But I assume that you are referring that Office 365 and Zoom are not integrated. Not all applications will have this sort of integration like we see in Google. But certainly Zoom’s screen share function virtually allows you to integrate any application during a presentation including videos. Hope I have answered your question.

I've been able to add Zoom links to Outlook & have had no issues integrating with Office 365.

You can share any screen with others, including Microsoft Office. My company also has Zoom integrated with Outlook so we can schedule Zoom meetings right through MS Outlook.

You can screen share easily anything that's on your screen with your group. There is a Screenshare button at the bottom of the Zoom screen
