Yes, SmartAdvocate offers both onsite and remote training opportunities however, due to the current COVID situation SmartAdvocate has some travel restrictions in place. The SmartAdvocate training team located in our NY office is open to travel within reasonable driving distance to provide hands-on instruction for our clients. We continually evaluate our business travel policy and will allow for airline travel once public health service guidelines recommend lifting our restrictions. 

SmartAdvocate has reimagined how we train remotely and has successfully taken many new clients live over the past few months. Please feel free to reach out to us at trainingteam@smartadvocate.com to discuss what training options are available.
