# how do i use the app effectively as it sometimes crashes and its a huge trouble.

it's just why the app keeps crashing is there a reason why it is happening.

I have not had any issues with the zoom app or the desktop version crashing. I suspect this might be a local issue with your computer or maybe your firewalls

Be sure that you’ve updated the app. 
That is usually an indicator for me and fixes my issues.

Do other applications crash?   It could be the number of applications open.  Try closing other applications.

Are you using the zoom app on a cellphone?
