# DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BUSINESS EMAIL  ACCOUNT AND NORMAL EMAIL

I feel business email account and normal email account are the same what makes them different?

A business email can do more compared to a personal email. It assures your customers of your business legitimacy.

Most business email accounts are going to require a paid subscription. You’ll definitely have more credibility with your clients if your business email account is also paired with your domain or website. Generally the features are not too different but with a business email account you get the nice productivity tools; like performance/pipeline/funnel measurements, reports, charts, etc. If you’re just starting out as sole proprietor or independent contractor you don’t need to spend any money on a business account; as that money could be used towards marketing or other necessities. Once you establish  several clients or numerous accounts, a business account will add to you business image/credibility.
