# why can you not support bundled sms packages?

We have a lot of customers that do not have internet access, but have cellphones with bundled sms's. They require to purchase tokens and get balances via sms, but due to your limitation, we can not help them

Hello, Chris. Thanks for your question. I am not sure that I understand the question - Are you saying your customers want to purchase tokens and get balances via SMS? If yes, then you are absolutely able to set something like this up using our API. I'd be happy to put you in touch with our technical support team as to how we can go about helping you with this.
