Meisterplan has a couple different ways to filter and sort to decrease data clutter. Specifically, the portfolio function may be of interest to you. Meisterplan portfolios allow users to sort projects based on different criteria (e.g. project manager, department or a variety of custom fields). This may be a good way to prevent long lists and endless data fields.
