# What is the best way to do backup and sync of all my files on cloud?

We use Microsoft 365 (renamed from Office 365) within our company which includes One Drive for Business which has shown to be a great way to backup and sync our users data to the cloud.
To turn this ON, from your One Drive for Business app, go to settings, then Backup tab, and then Manage backup folder.. here you can select to backup the most common folders, My Desktop, My Documents and My Pictures. This can also be set via GRPO in an AD environment.

The system works well and means me or our users have access to their files no matter where they are. New laptop, just install, sign in and sync back down. Away from your PC, just sign into the web app.
I would suggest ensuring you have MFA/2FA enabled on your cloud accounts though to protect your data.

I believe you can find what you're looking for under settings in OneDrive then look for accounts and back up tabs to configure.

16 year IT manager here. I LOVE Microsoft OneDrive for my cloud storage needs. My current company uses the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, which includes OneDrive, and it's only about $13 a month per user. Highly recommended!
