I highly recommend spending at least 10-15 hours of your work week in GRIN when you are just starting out. Getting familiar with the platform and learning everything that you can do. Reach out to your CSM to connect with other brands and ask about their experience with the platform. Most of us are MORE than willing to jump on a call and connect.
