# How do I make my email land in the user&#39;s primary inbox as opposed to promotions or junk?

Thanks for the question! Our system is designed to deliver straight to the main inbox. However, it all depends on the recipients&#39; inbox settings, if they have, for example, tabs like Gmail, then the email will go to Promotions, or if they have strong anti-spam programs installed, the email might go to other inboxes, but that is something that we, or any other email marketing app, cannot control.

The main secret is to make Email provider Spam filters recognize the Email as a usual email you send to a friend. Using fewer pictures and more text would be a good start (at least 60% text and 40% images).
